Verde Satisfaction Guarantee

At Verde Laser Clinic, we recommend a minimum of 10 Emerald Laser sessions to give clients the consistency needed to work towards measurable changes in body circumference.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee is an additional commitment for eligible clients who complete 10 qualifying Emerald Laser sessions with Verde, whether those sessions are purchased individually or as part of a package.
If, after completing 10 qualifying sessions and following the Verde recommendations provided throughout that period, your comparison Styku 3D Body Scan records no reduction in body circumference, you may be eligible to receive up to four additional Emerald Laser sessions at no additional charge, subject to the terms below.
What the Guarantee Provides
Where an eligible client completes 10 qualifying Emerald Laser sessions and their comparison Styku 3D Body Scan records no reduction in body circumference, Verde will provide additional Emerald Laser sessions at no charge.
A maximum of four complimentary sessions may be provided under the Satisfaction Guarantee.
The complimentary extension is designed to provide additional treatment where no measurable circumference change has been recorded following the initial 10 sessions.
If a subsequent Styku 3D Body Scan records a reduction in body circumference, the Satisfaction Guarantee will be considered fulfilled and any remaining complimentary sessions will no longer apply.
Complimentary sessions cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, another service or another product.
How We Determine a Measurable Result
The Verde Satisfaction Guarantee relates specifically to body circumference reduction as recorded by Styku 3D Body Scanning.
Your baseline Styku scan will be compared with the designated comparison scan completed after your tenth qualifying Emerald Laser session.
For the purposes of this guarantee, any recorded reduction in body circumference constitutes a measurable change.
The guarantee is not determined by:
body weight;
clothing size;
photographs;
subjective appearance;
how a client personally perceives their result; or
achievement of a particular number of centimetres.
If the comparison Styku scan records a reduction in body circumference, the Satisfaction Guarantee has been fulfilled.
Who Is Eligible
The Satisfaction Guarantee is available to eligible Verde clients who complete a minimum of 10 qualifying Emerald Laser sessions.
Sessions may be purchased individually, as part of a Verde package, or through a combination of eligible sessions.
Eligibility is based on completion of the qualifying treatment requirements rather than the way those sessions were purchased.
Requirements of the Guarantee
To qualify, you must:
complete 10 qualifying Emerald Laser sessions with Verde;
complete the required baseline and comparison Styku 3D Body Scans;
attend sessions at the frequency recommended by Verde, unless an alternative schedule has been agreed with us;
follow the written pre-treatment, between-session and aftercare recommendations provided by Verde;
provide complete and accurate information relevant to your treatment and suitability;
follow any hydration, movement or other treatment-support recommendations identified by Verde as requirements of the guarantee; and
complete the required sessions and scans within the timeframe advised by Verde.
The requirements of the Satisfaction Guarantee will be provided as part of your Verde treatment information so that the conditions are clear from the beginning.
Changes During Your 10 Sessions
The Satisfaction Guarantee is intended to assess your response to Emerald Laser across a reasonably consistent period of treatment.
A material increase in body weight or body circumference during the qualifying period may affect eligibility where that increase is reasonably capable of affecting the comparison of results.
Normal short-term fluctuations will not, by themselves, automatically exclude a client from the guarantee.
Any determination relating to eligibility will be based on the objective measurements and relevant information available to Verde.
Styku Scan Consistency
Baseline and comparison scans must be completed using Verde's Styku 3D Body Scanner and in accordance with our standard scanning procedure.
Clients may be asked to follow reasonable preparation instructions relating to clothing, hydration, timing and other factors that may influence scan consistency.
Where a scan cannot reasonably be compared with the baseline because the required scanning procedure has not been followed, Verde may request that the scan be repeated before eligibility is determined.
How the Guarantee Is Applied
Following your tenth qualifying Emerald Laser session, your comparison Styku 3D Body Scan will be reviewed against your baseline scan.
If the comparison scan records no reduction in body circumference and all other eligibility requirements have been met, Verde will confirm your eligibility for complimentary sessions.
You do not need to make a subjective assessment of your own results. Eligibility is determined using the objective Styku scan data.
Complimentary Sessions
Eligible clients may receive up to four additional Emerald Laser sessions at no charge.
Verde may complete an additional Styku scan during the complimentary extension to review whether a measurable reduction has occurred.
Once a subsequent Styku scan records any reduction in body circumference, the Satisfaction Guarantee will be considered fulfilled and any remaining complimentary sessions will no longer apply.
If no circumference reduction is recorded after all four complimentary sessions have been completed, the complimentary extension will conclude.
The Satisfaction Guarantee does not provide an entitlement to further complimentary treatment, a refund or another service solely because no circumference reduction has been recorded after the complimentary extension.
Treatment Suitability
Continued Emerald Laser treatment remains subject to suitability.
If Verde determines that treatment should not continue due to a change in suitability or relevant health circumstances, treatment may be discontinued.
This is separate from any rights or remedies that may apply under Verde's treatment suitability policy or Australian Consumer Law.
What the Satisfaction Guarantee Does Not Promise
The Satisfaction Guarantee does not guarantee:
a particular number of centimetres of reduction;
a particular change in body weight;
a particular clothing size;
a particular visual or aesthetic outcome;
a change in a particular body area; or
that every client will respond to Emerald Laser in the same way.
It is Verde's commitment to provide eligible clients with up to four additional Emerald Laser sessions where the comparison Styku scan records no body circumference reduction following 10 qualifying sessions.
Changes to This Guarantee
Verde Laser Clinic may update, amend or withdraw the Satisfaction Guarantee and these terms from time to time.
Any change will apply prospectively and will not reduce or remove the Satisfaction Guarantee already applicable to a client who has commenced their qualifying 10 Emerald Laser sessions under an earlier version of these terms, except where required by law.
The version of the Satisfaction Guarantee in effect when a client's qualifying 10-session period begins will apply to that client.
Australian Consumer Law
The Verde Satisfaction Guarantee is a voluntary promise offered by Verde Laser Clinic in addition to any rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this Satisfaction Guarantee excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
